Phelix Artemus Livingston, was born April 18, 1933 in Bache,Oklahoma to William Henderson Livingston and Vida Viola (Faith) Livingston. He passed from this life on December 28, 2009 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years 8 months and 10 days.
Art as he was known worked as a machinist for the railroad.
He leaves behind his wife Carolyn (Bowman) Livingston of the home as well as many other family members, loved ones and friends. He will be missed greatly.
