He was born August 3, 1931 in Park Hill,Oklahoma to Douglas Stout and Mildred (Jones) Stout.
Kenneth enlisted in the United States Airforce and received an honorable discharge in March 1951.Kenneth was a lifelong resident of Cherokee County and worked many years at the Dream Theater as projectionist.
